We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who's so good at generating and closing new sales opportunities they might just have sales skills tattooed on their forehead. Your first month, you're going to be closer to our founders than their shadows! You'll be practically Velcro-ed to their side, absorbing our sales process and our mission. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to learn, apply, and then create something even better!

By month two, we will cut you lose! No worries, though, we're not abandoning you in the jungle of sales, but empowering you to start building your own pipeline and closing deals..

Month three, you're the master of your own sales universe. You're setting meetings, closing deals, and your success is only limited by the boundaries of your ambition.

*The first three months of this position is an Internship through Atento. Applicant must live in Tulsa, Ok, or be willing to relocate for the first three months of employment. Applicant must also currently be a college student of any level. For more information about the internship, click here

Here's the scoop: For the last year we’ve been growing over 148% Quarter-over-Quarter. This is why we need to expand our growth team with a high-energy, go-getting legend to create qualified opportunities and close deals.. We're not talking small fish here, we're casting nets for the Mid-Market and Enterprise big boys.


Ideally, in-person in our office at the One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.  We do openly embrace remote work.

*There will be a mandatory 3 month training period in Tulsa. 

Pay Structure: 

Money talks, and we're not shy about it. Base pay? Of course. Commission? Absolutely! 

Our base pay range is between $45k-$55k depending on your background and experience.

But that's not where the real fun begins. The real potential comes from the 100% commission you'll earn from each customer’s first month of subscription. Average deal size? $1,200. Close just 4 deals a month, and you're looking at a cool extra $57k a year from commissions alone. And the best part? There's no cap. None. We value each and every sale and want you to be rewarded.
